We did a weekend at the lake with the Caldwell's back in the middle of May and had so much fun! We always have fun with this family and these silly kids. Especially at the lake!
We left Little Rock after field day at school. No tired like field day tired!! Emily immediately passed out.
Made it to the lake and immediately set up the water slide for the kiddos. And the parents watched from afar :)
We were actually able to catch a couple games while the kids were awake! Shocking. They all were piled in Erin and Jareds bed watching a movie-- or Erin's choosing-- until we figured out she selected the wrong movie and the kids were chuckling the rest of the weekend ;)
My favorite things about weekends. Slow mornings and a cup of joe.

the big sisters. Erin forgot their life jackets and we luckily found plenty on the boat but Lucy's was a little large :)
Everyone wanted to jump in but didn't want to jump in because the water was so cold! Emmy was pushed in, Lucy too. I got it.. it was freezing!
These kids have such a great life! Stopped to get gas and the girls are always Jonny on the spot to recognize the Department of Agriculture logo! Such a fun weekend with these lifelong friends. Can't wait to do it again! XOXO
