We celebrated baby Camden's birthday the first weekend in June. And I guess I officially can't call him baby Camden anymore since it's a big boy! And so stinking cute.

Last weekend we made one of my favorites-- shrimp curry! This time we decided to add bok choy. I did a quick search and found an interesting recipe. We tried it-- but Walmart gave us regular bok choy and not baby. I can't wait to try it again. It was easy and delicious!

A couple weeks ago, before the heat wave took over, we needed to get some energy out of the kiddos. I told them to go in the front yard and chase each other. It turned in to a hilarious night that included daddy and I'll forever love these silly pictures of our silly, sweet girls!

Kate walked in the living room a few weeks ago and asked me to take her picture. I looked up and my baby looked so precious that I snapped many! She put on the jewelry herself and just looked like an actual doll. I love her so much!
Blueberry Syrup

Last month I posted my new favorite thing ever-- Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. I made mention to the blueberry syrup. I finally got around to making it.. not once but twice! I love it! It's fantastic. You have to make this with the lemon ricotta recipe or just with any ole recipe.

Cashew Thai Chicken

I had this version of thai basil last week and really loved it! I've never made coconut rice and it might have made it a slight bit rich but otherwise-- solid homerun! Those cashews were so interesting and fantastic.
