I'm back with another yogurt sauce. Feel free to deem this the summer of yogurt sauces from the Johnston family. Because we're all in! And if we keep finding terrific recipes, we're not going to stop!
I actually found this recipe on Instagram and it sounded great. They used it boiled asparagus but I didn't want to do that. We knew we were grilling so we added the asparagus to the grill (tossed in salt, pepper + EVOO) and then drizzled it with the sauce recipe below. It was fantastic! Easy to make and super light yet flavorful.
Ingredients
4T non-fat plain yogurt
2 1/2t dijon mustard
3/4 t balsamic vinegar
ground pepper
Combine and drizzle. Enjoy!
