I finally got a bottle of the purple empress gin and it's just so pretty! Brian put together one of the recipes from the tag that comes on it and it's my fav! The egg white kind of scared me but I now think this is my absolute fav! Try it!
INGREDIENTS
2oz empress gin
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 simple syrup
3/4oz egg white
edible flowers
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain to remove ice. Shake again without ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
