Kate's 3rd month flew by! And you know what else flew by? Maternity leave! I went back to work just shy of Kate's 3 month birthday.
Month 3 brought so many new things. We finally started leaving the house more, I even took Kate to the beauty shop with me :). She's my best little companion and one heck of a good nap partner.
This picture we snapped on my second day back to work. The first was filled with way too many tears for a picture (from me, not Kate.) She looks so different in this picture already. And she looks so big! and so much like her daddy!
Brian takes Kate to school in the mornings. It's much easier leaving her at the house in the morning with her dad. The picture below is Kate on her 3rd day.. already loving her new school!
We had lots of visitors during the 3rd month. With the holidays and travel season. I already posted about my family coming for Thanksgiving. Todd and Rachel sparks visited this month too and gave Kate the cute giraffe she's holding above. She loves chewing on his little head. And there is her noggin stik to the left, never too far from her!
We celebrated Brian's birthday at the Oyster Bar. Kate slept right through it!
More for Thanksgiving. I loved Kate's little outfit. I couldn't decide which bow I liked best though, so we kept switching :)
My first week back to work I actually had Friday off. Which was so nice!! I figured it was time to break out that Christmas outfits.. so Kate is wearing her sweet poinsettia onesie. We went to Dillard's to get Brian new pants and actually stopped to get her picture with Santa.. below.

Cutie Kate- you are so fun! You're sleeping well at night, only waking up once to eat. You even slept through the night twice this month! You are growing interested when we read you books and you are really starting to reach for things. Especially our faces.. ie. sticking your hands in our mouths and trying to pick noses ;) You love laying in your crib and staring at your mobile and you are trying so hard to roll over! You love being close to your mom and dad. You smile so much and your really starting to laugh, its so perfectly precious.
We love you more and more every single day!!
